ACCOUNTS
The executive will be responsible for ensuring that audited
accounts are circulated annually to all NBA's.
10. SUBSCRIPTIONS
AND OTHER INCOME
10.1
Subscriptions are due annually as decided by the Council
and shall be due 90 days before the scheduled first race of
the World Championships.
10.2
The annual subscriptionfee shall be 120 DM per National Boardsailing
Association or National Authority.
10.3
National Boardsailing Associations or National
Authorities shall pay DM.150 per competitor to the current
World Racing Championships or 50 DM per competitor to the
other IFCA Championships.
10.4
Other income maybe obtained from voluntary
contributions, sale of goods and services, sponsorship and
investments.
10.5
All TV rights relating to International
Funboard Class involvement in any Olympic Games or International
Championships are the property of the ISAF.
11. WORLD
AND CONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIPS
The IFCA is responsible for sanctioning
or organising regular Funboard Class World and Continental
Championships.
11.1
The allocation of places at the
World Championships shall be subject to the approval of the
Executive.
11.1.1
Every nation is entitled to one male and one female entrant
provided the current annual subscription has been paid.
11.1.2
No Nation is entitled to more than
8 male entrants and 8 female entrants.
11.1.3
Any vacant places shall be allocated by
the President subject to Executive approval.
11.2
The allocation of places at Continental Championships shall
be approved by the Executive.
12. APPEALS
National Authorities, NBA's and NFO's may
refer any appeal on Funboard Class measurement rules to the
Executive who may appoint a subcommittee to make recommendations
on such matters to the Executive and the ISAF.

14. DISCLAIMER
IFCA, NFA's and NFO's accept
no responsibility in respect of the constitution of the IFCA
or the Class rules or any claim arising therefrom.
15. APPEALS
Dissolution of the IFCA shall
take place by a resolution of the Council passed by two thirds
majority of those voting. After payment of all liabilities,
the assets and funds shall be disposed of as directed by the
Council on a simple majority of those voting.
